Meet the CEO/Owner

Michelle Smith is a native of Louisiana currently residing in Atlanta, GA. She operates her human resources consulting firm Monajo Ventures, LLC after an extensive career in full-cycle recruiting. Michelle has a strong background in IT with sourcing for AWS roles for VC-backed start-ups and recruiting for a major non-profit microfinance organization. With both corporate and staffing agency experience she ventured out to form her own agency. She believes that it's possible to find the right candidate for any role. She prides herself in advocating for both the employee and employer to find a solution.
