Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment and sourcing of candidates for a variety of positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not required.
